Defective and Damaged Orders

You may return items within 90 days of the delivery date.

If you encounter defective or damaged items or receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and attach a video of the unboxing process (this is crucial for verifying the condition of the order upon receipt).

Once we receive your video and all relevant information, we will carefully review them to decide whether to accept or reject your return request. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours of sending your email. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a unique return number and detailed instructions on how to correctly proceed with returning the item.

We kindly ask that you return the product along with the provided return number within 90 days of receiving the return confirmation email. Please note that the return process is no longer valid after this period.

Once we receive the product, our dedicated team will initiate the refund process within 48 working hours. Alternatively, if you choose a replacement, we will ensure a functional product is sent to you promptly.

Change of Mind

We understand that customers may sometimes change their minds after receiving a product. In such cases, we offer a return or refund option.

  • Request Acceptance Period: You may return your items or request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • Return Process: Please send the product to our warehouse address. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund or replacement within 48 hours.
  • Shipping Fee: The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation After Placement

  • Before Shipping: If your order is still in the processing phase, we will issue a refund within 24 hours of your cancellation request.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped and has a tracking number, we will contact the shipping service within 3 days to check if cancellation is possible.
    • If the shipping service cancels the order, we will process a refund within 24 hours after confirmation from the shipping service.
    • If the shipping service cannot cancel the order, the customer should wait for the delivery and then proceed with a return. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 48 hours.

Package Never Arrived

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process as described above. Our team will ensure a replacement or refund is provided as quickly as possible.

Refund Method

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. It may take an additional 1-3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your payment account.
